Hi, I’m Felix, a German engineer with a passion for developing our family estate, originally built in 1820. My wife and I have tackled a variety of construction projects, including apartments, houses, and solar installations. Our American friends love our combination of modern technology with classic, impressive architecture and suggested we offer our apartments here.
