2017 I started a real estate business called Premium Real Estate for the greater KMC area. After 25 years in the Military Car Sales business, I'm very happy to provide my services to the US Military Community within the KMC. I will assist with rentals, home purchases and any questions arising with such activities. Being dual lingual both English and German, I am able to assist with answering any questions pertaining the local authorities, guide you with financing options through local German banks and help you into your new home with ease. I'm excited for being able to provide my 25+ years experience in serving the Military Community. Having received the title "Honorary First Sergeant" from the KMC First Sergeants Association several years ago, is a statement that I am well aware what the wants and needs of my customers are.
