Front Brakes Drilled Rotors, Pads and brake lines replaced.
Rear Brakes Rotors and Pads and brake lines replaced.
Parking Brake Shoes replaced.
Suspension:
Front upper and lower ball joints replaced.
Rear upper and lower ball joints replaced.
Front wheel hubs/bearings replaced.
Rear wheel hubs/bearings replaced.
Bilstein HD performance shcks made for Rippy Mtor sport 6 mos old 8 hours road time on poly urethane bushings
Steering:
Front outer tie rod ends replaced
Power steering reservoir replaced
All power steering hoses replaced.
Engine:
Harmonic Balancer replaced (due to minor rust on ribs from storage)
Front main oil seal.
Rear main oil seal and rear engine cover gasket replaced.
Air Conditioning Belt replaced
Main Serpentine Belt replaced.
All belt tensioners and idlers replaced.
Improved Performamce Catch Can setup installed.
Improved Performance oil cooler setup with -8 AN Black Hoses and Heat Sleeving from BMRS Brown and Miller Racing Solutions.
Oil and filter change
Cooling System:
All cooling hoses replaced.
Water pump and thermostat replaced.
Serviced with new Dexcool Antifreeze
Drivetrain:
Z06 Clutch and Flywheel
New throwout bearing with upgraded aluminum bushing installed.
Pilot Bearing replaced.
Tick Performance Clutch Master cylinder and actuating rod installed and quick bleeding hose kit and stainless steel braided hoses.
Torque tube driveshaft rebuilt with upgraded input shaft, new bearings, gaskets and donut couplers replaced.
New Tick Performance short throw shifter installed with matching shift ball knob.
Transmission front assembly resealed, all gaskets replaced and serviced with new Mogul Oil.
Differential disassembled, inspected, replaced all gaskets and serviced with Motul LS Gear Oil.
Exhaust Gaskets replaced at the catalytic convertors.
Fuel:
Installed new LH side fuel pump and sending unit.
Replaced RH fuel tank sending unit
Replaced fuel tank crossover pipe.
Body:
Front Bowtie emblem replaced.
All wheel liner and plastic retention pins that were removed for disassembly were also replaced
Cleaning:
Transmission was cleaned
Differential was cleaned
Engine front was cleaned
All other parts wiped off
All parts torqued to GM factory specification manual
All torqued parts marked with paint to indicate torquing
