We are looking for a new tenant for our house in Weilerbach from september 1, 2025. The house has 150qm2. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a study, a garden, a kitchen and a garage. Also there are another 2 parking places in front of the house available.
There are no pets allowed.
The rent is 1320 Euro per month including garage plus utilities (e.g. garbage etc)
There will be a viewing appointment for all interested parties on the following dates:
16.8 between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
20.8 between 16:30 and 18 o'clock
On other dates a viewing is not possible as there are still tenants living in the house
